Welcome to Music Hall! We are glad you are here with us. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, we have monitored regional Covid-19 data and followed the guidance of our partners at TriHealth, as well as public health and government officials, to implement mitigation protocols that provide a safe and comfortable environment for the enjoyment of live music.

The CDC offers recommendations for individuals to consider based upon current levels of community spread. We will continue to provide disposable masks for audience members who wish to use them.

COVID-19 Protocols FAQs

: Air ventilation has been optimized throughout Music Hall with high-grade Merv-13 & 14 air filters and increased airflow changeovers to maximize fresh air intake. Music Hall is also routinely cleaned and sanitized, following recommendations from the CDC. We will have disposable masks available for audience members who wish to use them, and hand sanitization stations will be available throughout the hall for accessibility and convenience. Audience members can also opt for a largely touchless concert experience via mobile ticketing and digital program notes. Please refer to the CDC’s masking recommendations for each COVID-19 community level.

Please note, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds on past performances.
: We will be returning to the food and beverage policies that were in place at Music Hall prior to the shutdown in March 2020. The items that are allowed in the performance spaces are based on the individual requirements of each event.

Please self-assess your health before leaving home. If you have a fever, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home and contact our Box Office.

Children ages 6 and older are welcome at May Festival concerts. All children, regardless of age, must be able to stay in their assigned seat for the duration of the performance.
Bring only minimal personal items with you to expedite safety screenings. View a list of all prohibited items.

Audience members no longer have to show proof of vaccination or negative test for entry, and masks are optional. We will have disposable masks available for audience members who wish to use them.

Hand sanitization stations have been placed throughout the hall for accessibility and convenience. We encourage all guests, staff, and volunteers to wash their hands frequently or use the sanitization stations to limit the spread of germs.
Audience members can also opt for a largely touchless concert experience via mobile ticketing and digital program notes.
Concessions and bar service will be available on all levels of Music Hall.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or feel uncomfortable attending, please stay home and contact our Box Office for ticket options. We are happy to provide a solution that works best for you.
All performances are being sold at full capacity. By purchasing a ticket and attending the performance, you are acknowledging the risks of attending a live performance and certify that you are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
To reduce physical contact between audiences and staff, we are asking ticket holders to use print-at-home or digital tickets (Will Call and Mail are still available upon request).
Should any postponements or cancellations be deemed necessary, you will have many options including a full refund and the ability to store funds on your account to use on future performances.
